1. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. To better focus on our patients’ needs, provide excellent customer service, and keep costs manageable, we do not offer billing.
2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), checks, and cash. All credit and debit cards must be signed by the cardholder.
3. When unexpected illness affects your pet, it can also bring unexpected expenses. Boulevard Animal Hospital understands this and offers special financing options through the CareCredit program. The application takes just a few minutes and allows you to divide your payment into six monthly installments.
